One of my favourite books from the past few years is Ed Catmull’s “Creativity, Inc.” He narrates the inspiration and challenges of founding Pixar, and of navigating the challenges of a leader in a creative industry. A must-read book for anyone crazy enough to relentlessly pursue a dream.
